Return and Refund Policy


  • Terms of Service: All hair services are given a 3 day period to refute style in terms of satisfaction in regards to length, color, and implementation of extensions.  All corrections will be issued by the salon within that time frame.
  • Purchase of hand braided wigs: No return allowed 
  • Purchase of hair products: Exchange Only
  • Purchase of waist beads: Exchange Only
  • There is absolutely no refund on services. A store credit will be given towards any disputes.
